Family R Us Transportation LLC provides non-emergency transportation services including medical, senior, family, and event transportation. We do not provide emergency medical services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All rides must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Wait time and additional stops

  • Time of service (after-hours, weekends, holidays)

  • Wheelchair-accessible transportation: Starting rates available upon request

  • Long-distance or specialty trips: Custom quote required

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment for our transportation services:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Electronic Invoicing

  • Pre-authorized Payments

  • Corporate / Contract Billing (approved accounts only)

    Payment Timing

    • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been approved.

    • Contracted clients, facilities, and brokers may qualify for net billing terms.

    • All invoices must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.

    Trip Cancellations & No-Shows

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

    • No-show fees apply when the passenger is not present or unavailable at the scheduled pickup time.

    Refund Policy

    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    • Refunds will not be issued for completed trips, no-shows, or late cancellations.

    • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

    Additional Charges

    Additional fees may apply for:

    • Extra wait time

    • After-hours or emergency trips

    • Additional stops not scheduled in advance

    • Special assistance requests

    All applicable fees will be disclosed before service when possible.
